Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 3B Enterprises, we deal in premium-quality Kashmiri saffron and dry fruits. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with order details.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, tampered, or incorrect.
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product packaging must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Clear images or videos must be provided for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Orders placed for bulk, wholesale, or export purposes (unless agreed in writing).
  • Items purchased under special pricing or promotional offers.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • For non-digital payment orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided only in cases of verified damage or incorrect delivery and are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • In all other cases, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. How to Raise a Request

To initiate cancellation, return, or refund requests, please contact us with your order details and supporting evidence. Requests raised without prior approval will not be accepted.
