Thank you for choosing 3B Enterprises. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver our products, including premium Kashmiri saffron and dry fruits, to customers in India and international markets.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship orders across India and also cater to selected international destinations. International shipping availability depends on destination country regulations and logistics feasibility.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Bulk, wholesale, or export orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. For international and bulk shipments, freight-forwarding partners may be used.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs procedures, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination.
- Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select domestic orders, subject to courier serviceability. COD is not available for international or bulk export orders.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Customers can track shipments using the provided tracking information.
8. Delays & Failed Deliveries
In case of delays or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
